Use the shock-absorbing  Luxury Vinyl Floor Tile Underlayment to prevent planks from sliding, reduce noise from walking and smooth out minor subfloor imperfections. This odorless, non-toxic flooring structure is compatible with radiant heated flooring systems and features a built-in moisture barrier. To install, simply unfold, lay flat and cut. Made of XPE cork using recycled fibers, this underlayment has a Delta IIC rating of 26 and an IIC sound rating of 72, making it ideal for reducing walking sound in the room where it's installed, as well as impacting sound in the space below.

Installation Instructions

 

1. Measure the area where you plan to install the flooring to ensure you have the correct size.
2. Trim the flooring to fit the specific dimensions of your trailer or modular unit using a utility knife or scissors.
3. Prepare the surface by cleaning it thoroughly to remove any dust, dirt, or debris that could affect adhesion.
4. Apply adhesive to the fibrous backing of the flooring and carefully position it in place, ensuring it is aligned correctly.
5. Press down firmly on the flooring to ensure a strong bond and smooth out any air bubbles or wrinkles.
