Vinyl Composition Tile

VCT floor tiles are durable, easy to maintain, and offer multiple patterns. VCT tile flooring is ideal for high-foot-traffic areas including retail, schools, and commercial spaces.

VCT Sizes

Vinyl composite tiles come standard in 12" x 12" square tiles, and each box of vinyl tiles contains 45 square feet per box. There are hundreds of VCT tile colors can be installed in checkerboard, solid, or custom tile patterns. The Standard Excelon Imperial Texture can also be mixed with multi-color or rave tiles. Each vinyl tile has the same size and thickness, so installation is fairly easy, unless you need to lay the tiles at an angle or want a unique pattern that requires cuts.

Installation Instructions

  
 1. Roll out underlayment fabric side up and parallel to the wall, in the opposite direction the floor covering
will be installed.
2. Trim the underlayment to fit the sub-floor, leaving a." gap at each wall.
3. Roll out the next section of underlayment in the same manner making sure the seams are butted together
but not overlapping, and close the seams using a 2" wide aggressive adhesive tape.
4. Install the floor covering according to the manufacturer's guidelines.
